Cooking Guide: The product is to be oven cooked from chilled. The recommended cooking time is 45 minutes per kilo plus 20-30 minutes, at a temperature of 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 5. The chicken should be placed in a roasting tin and loosely covered with foil. The foil should be removed approximately 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Cooking time may vary based on individual appliances, and food should be checked to ensure it is piping hot throughout before serving. Poultry is considered cooked when the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the chicken appears pink, it should be cooked for a few more minutes and retested. The product is not suitable for microwave cooking.
Storage: The product should be stored in a refrigerator between -2°C and +4°C. Once opened, it should be used immediately, and the use-by date should not be exceeded. The product can be frozen on the day of purchase and used within 1 month. It is important not to refreeze the product if it has thawed.
