🔥 Cooking Guide (From Chilled)

Cook in the oven for 45 minutes per kilo + 20–30 minutes at:

• 190°C

• Fan 180°C

• Gas Mark 5

Method:

1. Preheat oven.

2. Place chicken into a roasting tin.

3. Cover loosely with foil.

4. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes to brown.

5. Ensure chicken is piping hot throughout.

6. Juices must run clear — if still pink, cook for a few more minutes.
