Storage Instructions
- Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase, ideally before the 'use by' date.
- Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours. Once defrosted, use the same day and do not refreeze.
- Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Once opened, use immediately.

- For chicken breast & thighs: Pan-fry on medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side, or bake at 190°C (Fan 180°C) for 20–25 minutes until juices run clear.
- For beef mince: Cook on high heat in a pan, breaking up as you go, for 8–10 minutes until no pink remains.
- For diced lamb & beef chuck: Best slow-cooked at 160°C (Fan 150°C) for 2–3 hours for fall-apart tenderness.
- For chicken drumsticks: Roast at 200°C (Fan 190°C) for 35–40 minutes, or BBQ/air-fry until skin is golden and juices run clear.
Cooking Tips
- Always ensure food is thoroughly hot before serving.
- Chicken is fully cooked when juices run clear upon piercing; if pink, cook a little longer and recheck.
- For the richest curries and stews, sear diced cuts in batches before slow-cooking — this locks in flavour.
- Mince is fully cooked when no pink remains throughout.
