Storage Instructions
- Suitable for home freezing; freeze as soon as possible after purchase and by the ‘use by’ date.
- Defrost in the fridge for at least 12 hours before use. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze.
- Keep refrigerated and, once opened, consume within 1 day by the 'use by' date.
Cooking Instructions
Oven
- Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan 160°C/Gas 4).
- Coat lamb cubes in seasoned flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown the cubes for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a casserole dish with vegetables and stock.
- Cover and cook in the oven for 2 hours until tender.
Microwave: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Tip: Add a spoonful of redcurrant jelly to the stock for extra flavor.
