Cooking Guide: 

Oven cook From Frozen
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place tender strips on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in centre of oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.

Deep Fry From Frozen
Preheat oil to 175°C. Place tender strips into a cooking basket then fry for 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve.

Storage: Freeze upon purchase. Use by date. Do not refreeze the product if it has thawed.
