Infuse one teabag in 200ml of freshly boiled water for 3 minutes, then remove.
For a refreshing change, add ice or allow to cool, and refrigerate for later.
Herbalist tip: While you infuse, cover your cup to prevent the volatile oils inside from escaping.

We suggest...
Use one teabag per cup, and pour on freshly boiled water. Leave the tea to brew for a minute and a half, or until the water turns a light golden colour. If you leave the teabag in too long, you'll lose the delicate flavour.
Green tea tastes best without milk.
