Cooking Instructions:

Oven

• Temperature: Preheat to 200°C, then reduce to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4).
• Instructions: Remove all packaging and place chump chops in a casserole dish with stock and vegetables if desired. Cover and roast in the center of the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes until tender.
