Mon Salwa Lachhaydar Frozen Paratha brings that proper layered, flaky “lachha” paratha experience straight to your freezer. Each paratha is made with quality wheat flour and rolled to create multiple soft, buttery layers that puff and crisp up beautifully when cooked. The result is a rich, indulgent flatbread that feels just like it’s come fresh off a home tawa.
With 20 parathas in a pack, they’re perfect for busy families and for anyone who loves a desi-style breakfast, brunch or dinner without the hassle of mixing dough and rolling by hand. They pair perfectly with curries, daal, kebabs, omelettes, yoghurt and achaar, or can be enjoyed on their own as a snack with chutney or a hot cup of chai.
These parathas are made using wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, salt and permitted food additives. Because they contain wheat, they are not suitable for anyone with a wheat or gluten allergy. Always check the pack for the most up-to-date ingredient and allergen information.
How to Cook (From Frozen):

Stovetop (Tava or Frying Pan):
Heat a pan on medium heat. Place a frozen paratha straight onto the pan and cook for around 2–3 minutes on each side until it’s golden brown, flaky and heated through. For extra flavour and a more indulgent finish, brush with a little oil or butter while cooking. -
Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Lay the frozen parathas on a baking tray and bake for about 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are crisp and golden on the outside and soft inside.
Serving Ideas:
Enjoy them with your favourite curry, daal, pickle or yoghurt for a complete meal, or serve as a standalone snack with chutney, raita or dips. They also make a great base for wraps and rolls filled with grilled chicken, kebabs or salad.
Storage:
Keep the parathas frozen until you’re ready to cook them. Once the pack is opened, return any unused parathas straight back to the freezer to keep them fresh. Do not refreeze if they have fully thawed.
