Mon Salwa Royal Frozen Parathas (20 Pieces)

Mon Salwa Royal Frozen Parathas are for when you want proper indulgence on the plate – soft, flaky, slightly thicker parathas that feel like they’ve come straight off a home tawa. These premium-style parathas are made from quality wheat flour and have a rich, buttery taste and fluffy texture, making them perfect for soaking up curries, gravies and kabab juices, or enjoying on their own with a hot drink.

Each pack includes 20 parathas, ready to cook from frozen, so you can turn any simple meal into something that feels a bit more special – from weekend breakfasts and desi brunches to cosy dinners or late-night snacks. They work brilliantly with karahi, nihari, haleem, daal, chana, kebabs, biryani or even just yoghurt, raita and achaar.

These parathas are made with wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, salt and permitted food additives. Because they contain wheat, they are not suitable for anyone with a wheat or gluten allergy. As always, check the packaging for the most up-to-date ingredient and allergen information.

How to Cook (From Frozen):

  • Stovetop (Tava or Frying Pan):
Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the frozen paratha directly on the pan and cook for around 3–4 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown, puffs slightly and is heated all the way through. For an extra rich, “royal” taste, brush with a little oil or butter while cooking.

  • Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Arrange the frozen parathas on a baking tray and bake for about 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside.

Serving Ideas:
Pair them with rich curries, daal, biryani or kebabs for a proper hearty meal, or keep it simple with yoghurt, raita, chutney or pickles. They also make a great base for wraps and rolls – just add grilled chicken, kebabs, salad and sauces.

Storage:
Keep the parathas frozen until you’re ready to cook them. Once opened, return any unused parathas straight back to the freezer to keep them fresh. Do not refreeze if they have fully thawed.

Mon Salwa Royal Frozen Parathas turn any table into a “royal” spread – thick, fluffy, satisfying flatbreads with all the comfort of traditional homemade parathas, ready in just a few minutes.
