How to use (Simple Bhuna Curry – serves 3–4):
1) Fry 2 tbsp paste with a chopped onion for 2–3 minutes.
2) Add around 400g halal meat and cook until sealed.

Tip: Finish with a knob of butter and fresh coriander for a richer curry-house style bhuna.
