Rajah Tandoori Masala 100g

Description: Rajah Tandoori Masala is a rich and aromatic blend of spices, expertly crafted to bring the bold flavours of traditional Indian tandoori cooking to your home kitchen. With a perfect balance of cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, ginger, and other spices, this masala mix imparts a warm, smoky, and slightly tangy flavour, perfect for marinating meats, seafood, and vegetables. Whether grilling, baking, or pan-frying, Rajah Tandoori Masala is essential for creating authentic tandoori-style dishes with a vibrant colour and mouth-watering taste.

Cooking Guide: Rajah Tandoori Masala is ideal for marinating meats and vegetables before grilling or baking, but can also be used to spice up curries and sauces.

  • For Marinating Meat: Mix 1–2 tablespoons of Tandoori Masala with yoghurt, lemon juice, or oil. Coat 500g of meat (chicken, lamb, or fish) and marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for a deeper flavour.
  • For Grilling or Roasting: Apply the marinated mixture to your meat or vegetables before grilling, roasting, or baking for a smoky tandoori flavour.
  • For Curries: Stir in 1–2 teaspoons to curries, stews, or sauces to infuse them with the aromatic flavours of tandoori cooking.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cloves, Salt, and other spices.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the lid is tightly closed to maintain the freshness of the spices.

Preparation: Ready to use directly from the pack. For best results, mix with yoghurt or oil to create a marinade, allowing the flavours to infuse the ingredients before cooking. Ideal for grilling or baking, giving your dishes a vibrant, authentic tandoori taste and colour.
