Cooking Guide

Grilling / BBQ

• Skewer the cubes (if not already on skewers).

• Grill over medium–high heat for about 6–8 minutes per side, turning until lightly charred and cooked through.

• Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Pan-Fry

• Heat a little oil in a pan over medium–high heat.

• Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning for even browning, until fully cooked (75°C / 165°F).

Oven-Roasting

• Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F.

• Spread cubes or skewers on a lined baking tray.

• Roast for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway.

Air Fryer

• Preheat to 200°C.

• Place in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

Storage

• Refrigerate (raw): Keep at 0–4°C and use by the “use by” date.

• Freeze: For longer storage, freeze in a suitable container or bag and use within 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before cooking.
