How to Prepare (Quick Guide)
1) Prep the Chicken & Chickpeas

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces (or use bone-in for extra flavour).

Soak chickpeas overnight, or use canned chickpeas (drain and rinse).
2) Cook the Base

Heat oil in a large pot.

Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until soft and golden.
3) Brown the Chicken
