🔥 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 5
⏳ Cooking Time: 45 minutes per kilo + 20-30 minutes
1️⃣ Remove all packaging.
2️⃣ Calculate the cooking time at 45 minutes per kilo + 20-30 minutes.
3️⃣ Place the chicken in a roasting tin and loosely cover with foil.
4️⃣ Roast in the preheated oven until piping hot and juices run clear when the deepest part is pierced with a skewer.
5️⃣ If juices are pink, continue cooking for a few more minutes and recheck.
