The Mixed Greens box is the general vegetable box in two sizes; the four Mixed Greens selections each centre on a different set of leaves and vegetables, named on the page; and the five Smoothie and Mixers packs are fruit and vegetable selections portioned for blending. If you would rather choose item by item, every vegetable and fruit is sold singly on the vegetables and fruits pages.

Blend the pack with a liquid and, if you like, something creamy: milk made up from Nido milk powder, a spoon of Sun-Pat peanut butter, a Rowse honey squeeze, or an Arla protein shake as the base for the Protein Boost pack. Keep the pack in the fridge and use it within a few days of arrival, or portion and freeze it for smoothies through the week.

Yes, that is the point of it. A large Mixed Greens box with a whole chicken, a pack of lamb chops and some beef mince covers most of a week's dinners, and the aromatics, onions, ginger, garlic and coriander, can be added singly from the vegetables page. Everything travels chilled in one box.
